Earthquake

1.We cover direct physical loss or damage to covered property caused by or resulting from a earthquake and volcanic eruption.

2.The earthquake and volcanic eruption “limit” is the same as the primary policy amount chosen.

3.The following “limits” apply to loss or damage caused by or resulting from a earthquake and volcanic eruption. The most we pay in any one occurrence for loss to covered property at any one location is the earthquake and volcanic eruption “limit”.

4.The most we pay for losses to covered property at all locations during a 12 month period is the earthquake and volcanic eruption Catastrophe limit.

5.Under this supplemental coverage, we pay your loss minus the deductible. The deductible is $250.

6. Earthquake Period- All earthquakes or volcanic eruptions that occur within a 168 hour period will be considered a single loss. This 168 hour period is not limited by the policy expiration.
