New Pricing 2023

Due to the increased cost of insurance in the marketplace, we must increase the price for all our primary policies effective January 1^st, 2023. We must implement this increase in order to continue to offer this discounted program to our customers. All additional coverage option prices will remain the same. These prices are still far below the average price charged by storage facilities nationwide.

All monthly, 6 and 12-month term renewals will be billed at the new rate on their next renewal on or after January 1^st, 2023. We will continue to offer a 5% discount for 6-month terms and a 10% discount for all 12-month terms. We encourage all customers to purchase a 6 or 12 month term policy prior to December 31, 2022 to lock in your  price and take advantage of the discount.
